Terms of use

The service

Nightview is a map of bars, clubs, squares and monuments in Lazio with information on crowds, opening hours and events reported by users. By using the app you accept these terms.

Indicative information

Crowds, opening hours, queues and events come from external sources (OpenStreetMap, Foursquare Open Source Places, BestTime), anonymous user reports and statistical estimates. They may be incomplete, outdated or wrong: always check before you go. We do not guarantee that a place is open, that there is room or that an event is taking place.

Not an emergency service

Reports of unrest, police or closed roads come from users and do not replace official channels. If you are in danger call 112.

Do not use the app while driving.

Fair use

Only report what you see in person. False reports, reports meant to harm a venue or other people, automated use of the service and any attempt to bypass technical limits are forbidden. We may ignore or remove reports and suggestions without notice.

Suggested missing places are checked before they appear on the map.

Age

The app is intended for adults.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the information shown or from service interruptions.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date of the latest version is shown below. Italian law applies.
